PROJECT COORDINATOR & FACILITATOR – CSR

We’re hiring a Project Coordinator & Facilitator to lead the end-to-end execution of a CSR-funded climate action project across government schools in Mumbai.
Apply for this role if you come from a non-profit or social impact background and have strong program management skills. You should be comfortable working independently, spending significant time on the ground, and taking ownership of project delivery. A deep interest in sustainability is core to this role, and practising a low-waste lifestyle will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate engaging workshops and learning activities for students, teachers, and school staff, sometimes in collaboration with other facilitators.
Plan and deliver the project in line with defined goals and milestones, maintaining regular on-ground presence to oversee activities, address challenges, and ensure high- quality implementation.
Work closely with school authorities, teachers, vendors, and the corporate CSR team to ensure smooth and timely implementation.
Track progress, collect data, document learnings, and prepare impact reports with metrics, narratives, and visual documentation for CSR reporting.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and support financial reporting in compliance with CSR requirements.
Maintain accurate records, permissions, and documentation required for CSR audits and internal reviews.
Identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend improvements to enhance programme effectiveness.
Location: This is a full-time role open to candidates based in Mumbai for 18 months. Based on project needs and individual performance, there is potential for this role to evolve into a longer-term position beyond the project duration.
